Before We Begin
Your Next Step Starts Here
Before enrolling in ROOT Private Coaching, please complete a brief screening to help us determine whether coaching is an appropriate fit for your needs.
ROOT | Private Coaching Enrollment Screening
The screening below is part of the existing enrollment process. Please complete it in full so our team can thoughtfully review your responses.
After your screening is reviewed, you'll be guided to the next step of enrollment. Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or emergency care.
